Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized courier point; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value bicycle frames.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item is in its original, unridden condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
